Deal ResQ Pro LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Deal ResQ Pro mobile application and the website at dealresqpro.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services.
By using Deal ResQ Pro, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored as a secure hash). We do not collect your full name unless you provide it.
Deal & Property Data: Information you enter into the app — property addresses, purchase prices, rehab budgets, financial projections — is stored securely in your account so you can access it across devices.
Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full credit card number. Stripe provides us with a transaction record and the last four digits of your card for receipt purposes.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymized usage data (which features are used, session duration) to improve the product. This data is not linked to your identity.
Support Communications: If you contact us through the support form or by email, we retain those communications to resolve your issue and improve our service.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your deal data to train AI models or share it with other users.
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
Your data is stored on Supabase-managed infrastructure in the United States. We use row-level security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access their own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and deal records are permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@dealresqpro.com.
California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA.
Deal ResQ Pro is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
